- Install netting or keep your homes close during swarming seasons.
- Conduct visual check on your wood products regularly.
- Rectify any leakage to provide damp or moist environment which create favorable environment to the termites to settle in.

Spot Treatment:
Treatment method by introducing termiticide powder into termite trails strategically. The affected termite then unknowingly carries the powder to their colony and affects more termites in the colony.
Bait Stations: (AG / IG) – Above-Ground / In-Ground
Luring of the termites with Cellulose laced with termiticide in the bait station for their consumption and thus bringing it back to feed the colony destroying the entire colony.
Soil Treatment (Pre-Treatment):
Injecting of NEA- Approved termiticide into termite infested soil, creating a barrier against termites.
Corrective Treatment (Post-Treatment):
This treatment is done by introducing termiticide into the soil below the existing concrete structure creating a barrier against termites.
Scanning for Detection of active termites:
The use of thermal imaging, ultrasound scanning or even moisture detection equipment to scan for termite activity within walls and ground. This will be followed by a detailed report on findings with recommendations after scanning process.
